At the February 21st lecture, the audience will learn from Swenson how to have more time and energy for family, friends and faith. Swenson believes that life in modern day America is essentially devoid of time and space – not the Star Trek kind – the sanity kind. Chronic overloading is the culprit; margin is the cure.

Also a witty lecturer, Swenson describes Margin and Overload as, “Overload is not having time to finish the book you’re reading on stress. Margin is having time to read it.” The audience will leave with practical prescriptions for restoring margin in the essential areas of emotional energy, physical energy, time, and finances.
