A 16-year-old and his three friends received citations for intoxicants early Saturday morning. Later that night, an 18-year-old is cited for marijuana.
A 16-year-old Whitefish Bay boy had marijuana and a pipe in the car when he was pulled over by Whitefish Bay police early Saturday morning. The officer noticed the vehicle was driving without headlights when it passed by his patrol car near Lake Drive and Silver Spring Drive at 1:16 a.m. Saturday. The officer pulled the vehicle over on Lake Drive at School Road, and noticed the driver had three friends in the car and a Miller High Life beer can in the center console. The driver said the beer can, which was mostly empty, belonged to the 17-year-old Fox Point boy sleeping in the passenger seat. The vodka and marijuana pipe were discovered in a traffic stop on Santa Monica Boulevard two weeks ago.
Whitefish Bay High School girls were cited for possessing alcohol and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Santa Monica Boulevard on Feb. 8. A Whitefish Bay police officer stopped the vehicle near Montclaire Avenue at 8:27 p.m. Feb. 8 because the vehicle was driving without headlights. While talking to the 16-year-old Whitefish Bay girl behind the wheel, the police officer noticed a bottle of Code Red Mountain Dew containing clear liquid roll out from underneath the driver's seat onto the rear passenger floorboard. Three 17-year-old boys received various citations after they were pulled over by Whitefish Bay police on Wilson Drive last week.
Whitefish Bay police officers found beer, vodka and a marijuana pipe in the back of a car pulled over last week on Wilson Drive. The driver, a 17-year-old Fox Point boy, was pulled over by police for driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of Wilson Drive at 10:36 p.m. on July 23. Police found a bottle of Skyy vodka under the rear of the front seat, a small marijuana pipe under the driver's floor mat and a backpack containing a half-full 40-ounce bottle of Olde English 800 behind the passenger seat. The driver was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle, absolute sobriety and unreasonable and imprudent speed. Whitefish Bay police issued 22 underage drinking citations after responding to a 911 hangup on Lake Hill Court Saturday night.
Whitefish Bay police issued 22 underage drinking tickets Saturday night after busting a party in the 600 block of East Lake Hill Court. All available Whitefish Bay squads were sent to the residence because dispatchers received a 911 hangup call, and when the dispatcher called back, someone picked up the phone and hung up again. When police arrived at 11:38 p.m., police saw someone flee upon seeing officers. Police searched the perimeter of the home and found forced entry, and then cleared the home. At that point, officers discovered 22 people under the age of 21 consuming alcohol.

A disorderly drunk driving arrest and marijuana use at Klode Park also made this week's Whitefish Bay police log.
An explosive prank concerned neighbors on Berkeley Boulevard Saturday night, but thankfully no one was hurt. Police responded to the 4900 block of Berkeley Boulevard at about 10:34 p.m. Saturday night after two water bottles filled with aluminum foil and toilet cleaner exploded in two lawns. A resident called police dispatch, but police were unable to locate the subjects, who neighbors say ran eastbound through yards after the explosions were heard. Seven juveniles between the ages of 17 and 19 were cited for underage drinking when police showed up to an underage drinking party Saturday night. Police responded to the house in the 4700 block of Elkhart Avenue at 9 p.m. after a neighbor called the police to report kids running in her yard with flashlights. In addition to the underage drinking citations, a 17-year-old boy was also taken into custody for possession of marijuana. Whitefish Bay police also responded to theft reports at Dominican and Whitefish Bay high schools.
Valuables were stolen from three vehicles last Monday night, according to this week's Whitefish Bay police logs. Two GPS devices were stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked inside of a locked garage in the 5200 block of North Idlewild Avenue sometime between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Sept. 26. No signs of forced entry were observed on the garage. Two blocks west, in the 5200 block of North Diversey Boulevard, a resident reported $240 in CDs were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. The theft is believed to have occurred between 5 p.m. Sept. 26 and 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 27. In other police news:

A 22-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving on Silver Spring Drive last week. Police pulled the man over after an officer saw him speeding in the 200 block of East Silver Spring Drive, and the officer pulled him over in the 800 block, near United Methodist Church, at 2:30 a.m. May 29. When asked to recite the alphabet, he could not do so correctly and refused to try again. He was arrested on his first offense of drunken driving, and when he was taken to the police station, he refused to give a breathalyzer test. In other police news:

Man was rummaging through homeowner's kitchen cabinets at 2 a.m.
After a night of drinking, a 20-year-old man came home at about 2 a.m. Thursday and rummaged through the kitchen cabinets looking for something to eat. The only problem is it wasn't his home. The man who actually lives at the house on the 5000 block of North Palisades Road kicked the man out of his home at about and then flagged down a police officer to tell him about the episode. Nearly an hour later, police caught up with a 20-year-old Franksville man who matched the resident's description in the 5300 block of North Lydell Avenue. The man’s pants were ripped, he had difficulty walking and he had a strong odor of intoxicants on his breath. He was taken into custody for underage drinking and was later released to an adult.
