Municipal Services Trimmed on New Year's Eve
No holiday for property tax payments, but holiday will affect village services and trash pickup.
Whitefish Bay village services will be unavailable on Friday, Dec. 31, but Village Hall will still be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to accept property tax payments. The New Year's Eve holiday also will affect trash collection schedules. Residents who normally have trash and recycling service on Thursday will have their trash picked up two days earlier this week on Tuesday, Dec. 28. Residents who normally get their trash and recycling picked up on Friday will have their trash picked up two days earlier on Wednesday, Dec. 29.
