Former Whitefish Bay Barber Guilty of Child Pornography Charges
Former Sport 'n Cuts owner David Foley was convicted Thursday of producing child pornography of underage boys.
A barber who used to cut hair on Silver Spring Drive was convicted Thursday on federal charges of producing child pornography of underage boys. David Foley, the former owner of Sport 'n Cuts at 402 E. Silver Spring, was found guilty of three counts of production of child pornography, one count of transportation of a minor across state lines to engage in a sex act, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography. Foley faces 15 to 160 years in federal prison. He will be sentenced on Feb. 15. Foley was charged one year ago with sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy at his Whitefish Bay barbershop, in his Shorewood apartment and at a hotel near the Mall of America near Minneapolis.
