Dunkin' Donuts Opening March 12 in Whitefish Bay

The Whitefish Bay location has a design and menu unlike any other Dunkin' Donuts in the area.

Dunkin' Donuts employees were hard at work setting up kitchen appliances this week, but it won't be long until coffee is brewing and donuts are baking. The Whitefish Bay franchise is scheduled to open March 12 in the east end of the Baysider Retail Center, 106 W. Silver Spring Dr. John Clark, who runs the franchise group opening six Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the Milwaukee area this year, said he graduated from Nicolet High School and has a lot of friends in the area that are champing at the bit waiting for Dunkin'. "People are definitely excited," he said. The Whitefish Bay location has a different feel than the Menomonee Falls and Oak Creek locations that opened last year and the Miller Parkway location that is opening in April. The …

Physical Therapy Chain Moving Into New Retail Center

ATI Physical Therapy plans to join Dunkin' Donuts in the new retail center by mid-April.

A physical therapy chain has plans to move into the new retail center at Silver Spring Drive and Bay Ridge Avenue by mid-April. With the Plan Commission's approval Wednesday night, ATI Physical Therapy will soon start construction on a 2,000 square-foot vacancy in the new Baysider Retail Center at 106 W. Silver Spring Dr. Dunkin' Donuts is expected to open soon in the east end of the building. ATI Physical Therapy is a physical therapy chain with over 200 locations nationwide. ATI plans to employ four physical therapists and two other staff members at peak times. Dunkin' Donuts Could Come to Whitefish Bay

Chain wants to open first North Shore shop in new retail development on Silver Spring Drive at Bay Ridge Avenue.

Dunkin' Donuts would like to open its first North Shore location in the ground floor of a new retail center under construction on Silver Spring Drive at Bay Ridge Avenue. The Whitefish Bay Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday regarding the businesss' request to obtain a conditional use permit in the upcoming Baysider Retail Center at 106 W. Silver Spring Drive, just east of the future PNC Bank building. The proposed retail building is expected to house four total retailers, and Dunkin' Donuts is seeking to locate on the east end. These anti-Dunkin comments are driving me nuts. Dunkin' Donuts core business these days is coffee & other beverages. They still sell donuts, but their market niche is coffee...ask anyone who's ever spent any time in New England, where there's more DDs than Starbucks.
