This YouTube video captures the last-minute, two-touchdown drive that brought the Blue Dukes within arm's reach of a state tournament berth last Saturday.

They were so close.

With less than three minutes left in the game, the Blue Dukes managed to recover from a 14-point deficit to tie defending state champions Waunakee and force the game into overtime Saturday in a Division 2 state semifinal game at Wisconsin Lutheran College.

In this YouTube video, you can rewatch the last two dramatic drives, starting with Whitefish Bay quarterback Grant Menard connecting with Darein Walker for a 33-yard completion, and later, a six-yard touchdown pass with 2:30 left on the clock.

Waunakee botched the punt, and Whitefish Bay regained possession at Waunakee's 13-yard line. Hobbling from an ankle injury, Menard was able to connect with Jackson Weber for a touchdown pass that tied the game with just 32 seconds remaining in the game.

In overtime, Waunakee made quick work in scoring a touchdown. When Whitefish Bay regained possession, a touchdown pass from Menard to Rashadeem Gray was intercepted, sending Waunakee to the state championship game against Homestead.
