Whitefish Bay finished seventh in the eight-team tournament Saturday. The girls now face Milwaukee King in the WIAA regional competition Thursday.
After a seventh-place finish in the North Shore Conference tournament Saturday, the Whitefish Bay girls vollyeyball team is headed into the post-season seeded eighth.
The Blue Dukes, which have a 2-5 dual season record, will open tournament play against Milwaukee King at 7 p.m. Thursday at Whitefish Bay High School. If they win the first regional game, the girls will travel to Divine Savior Holy Angels to play the Dashers at 7 p.m. Saturday night.
In the North Shore Conference tournament held Saturday, Germantown finished first, followed by Nicolet and Homestead.
