Photos: Whitefish Bay Girls Edge Out Port Washington

Blue Dukes beat the Pirates 41-34 in a double-header at Whitefish Bay Friday night.

The Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes girls basketball team edged out the Port Washington Pirates 41-34 in the first game of a varsity doubleheader at the Whitefish Bay Field House Friday night.

Ava Stock scored 11 points and Maya Jonas 10 for Whitefish Bay, which is now 16-2 overall and 10-1 in the North Shore Conference. The Blue Dukes are tied for first in the league since Nicolet lost to Grafton on Friday.

Port senior Caity Tydrick (17 points) and junior Mikayla Hilton (11 points) led scoring for the Pirates, whose record now drops to 4-13 overall and 2-9 in the conference.
