If the long winter has you feeling life is hum-drum, here’s a fun Saturday morning option – sample a free fitness boot camp session. It’s an hour of calorie-burning, abs-flattening, body-toning exercises (and fun). Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp has lined up free one-hour sessions in March and April, announced owner, certified fitness trainer and certified boot camp coach Catherine Andersen. The camps, appropriate for all fitness levels, will be held on the following dates and locations:

Free camps are coed, and everyone should bring a mat, weights, towel and water. Registration is required since the sessions are kept smaller for more personal attention and safety.
