Blue Dukes Dip to Losing Record With Three Straight Losses

With three straight days of games, the Whitefish Bay boys baseball team is now looking for a win against Franklin Saturday morning.

After three straight losses this week, the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes now dip to a losing 6-9 record in the conference and a 12-13 record overall.

Bay lost 10-6 to Cedarburg at home last night. Despite leading 6-3 in the 5th, Bay gave up seven runs and fell short. The hitting star was Grant Menard, who was 2-2, including a walk and four RBIs. Pitcher Nick Lackney took the loss.

The night before, the Blue Dukes lost 0-13 at home to a non-conference Whitnall team.

On Tuesday night, the Blue Dukes came up short in a 4-2 loss on the road to West Bend West. Senior Justin Alt pitched the entire game against the Spartans. Grant Menard hit his fourth home run of the year.

The Blue Dukes will now face a non-conference Franklin team at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cahill Park.
