Blue Dukes Win Nail-Biter Against West Bend East

The win gives the Blue Dukes an overall record of 8-3 and 5-1 record in their conference.

The Whitefish Bay boys baseball team beat West Bend East at Regner Field in Friday night in a 9-8 nail-biter.

Nick Lackney pitched a solid 4 innings to get the win. Grant Menard hit a towering 2 run homer off the score board in centerfield and Jackson Weber was 4-2 with a double and a triple. Johnny Markwiese threw a scoreless 7th inning to record his second save in two nights.

With an overall record of 8-3 and 5-1 in conference the Blue Dukes play Cedarburg Monday night on the road.
