Learn how to reduce your stress naturally. Local holistic health care practitioner, Janet Halonen, will discuss a variety of techniques available to reduce your stress. Topics will include, self stimulated acupressure, stress reducing foods, breathing well for optimal health, and much more.

Janet Halonen is a licensed acupuncturist and certified yoga/meditation instructor.  She holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Her practice emphasis is on disease prevention, and her specialty areas of practice include, pain and stress management, menopausal complaints, cancer support, addictions, and dietary improvement.
