After "The Race" Forum

As a follow-up to the acclaimed documentary "Race to Nowhere", Advocates for Education is hosting a forum on March 22 at 7 pm in Room 47 of WFB High School.  Local psychologists and school representatives will be available to hold a dialogue with parents on the best strategies for coping with the pressure our students experience.  Topics of the discussion will include:  dispelling the myths about school and colleges; ways to address the feeling that you've lost control; and "happiness" . . . what it means for your family and how to protect and preserve it.  Forum attendees will be active participants in discussing the strategies that work.  To view the movie, contact the WFB High School Media Center at cassie.medved@wfbschools.com
