Duke Pride Roundup: Girls Swim Team Headed to State

Join in Spirit Night at Milwaukee Admirals game on Dec. 2.

Here is a roundup of athletics and activities this week at Whitefish Bay High School, courtesy of Athletic Director John Gustavson:

FALL PLAY: At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the curtain will go up for the fall play, . The cast includes: Dana Jankins, Michelle Desien, Braden Bjella, Katie Miller, Rose Misey, Patrick Pfeifer, Michael Felland, Matt Klein, Dan Wilson, Andrew Fallone, Kelsey Pfeifer and Erik Gambill.

GIRLS SWIMMING: The girls swim team will compete at the state meet this Friday at 6:30 at the UW-Madison Natatorium. Last Saturday the team took third place at the sectional meet in Plymouth. Competing at the state meet are: 50 free: (Annelise Sprau), 100 butterfly: (Annelise Sprau — top seed), 200 medley relay: (Lissy Maercklein, Sarah Olver, Annelise Sprau, Caroline Kucha), 400 free relay: (Sabrina Raber, Sarah Olver, Lissy Maercklein, Annelise Sprau), 200 medley: (Sarah Olver), 100 breaststroke: (Sarah Olver) and 100 backstroke: (Lissy Maercklein).
