Residents Support Andrew Martin for Village Trustee

Whitefish Bay Patch wants to hear your opinions on village issues. We will publish your letters to the editor in this column.

Dear Editor:

Whitefish Bay residents will go to the polls on Tuesday to elect two new Village Trustees. We strongly recommend the write-in candidacy of Andrew Martin.

We believe that Village Board candidate Andrew Martin brings the best mixture of experience, knowledge, and character needed to help solve both the immediate and the long term issues that the Village Trustees must deal with.

Andrew Martin worked as a self-employed tradesman, has managed business concerns, and has been a highly successful educator for the past thirty years. Β He has also proven himself to be a pragmatic and effective consensus builder who knows how to find solutions to difficult problems. His demonstrated leadership skills and wide range of experiences will be of immense value as the Village Board grapples with consequences of the current state budget.

Andrew Martin will be a capable and competent steward of Village affairs and community resources. We are convinced that Whitefish Bay will benefit greatly with Andrew Martin on the Village Board of Trustees and we encourage you to write his name on the ballot this Tuesday.
