Whitefish Bay Woman Charged With 3rd OWI
Suspect, 58, is pulled over after a police officer sees her fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.
A 58-year-old Whitefish Bay woman's blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit when she was arrested on her third drunken driving offense Friday night.
Sherry A. C. Wulff was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Saturday with one count of third offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, she faces up to one year in county jail and $2,000 in fines.

A driver in Whitefish Bay called police Friday after he spotted Wulff driving erratically through the village and an officer found her near North Ardmore Avenue and East Fairmount Avenue. Wulff failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign and was then pulled over.
Wulff had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol. She failed field sobriety tests and was then arrested. Her blood alcohol content was 0.18.

She was previously convicted of OWI in 2008 and 2009. Wulff will make her initial appearance in court May 21.Β
