Police Report: Underage Drinking Party; Attempted Theft From Car

The latest reports from the Whitefish Bay Police Department.

Five teenagers were cited for underage drinking Saturday night on the 4800 block of North Larkin Street.

Police were called to the house at 11:17 p.m. when a girl was heard screaming in an argument with her boyfriend. Both the boy and girl had left by the time police arrived.

  • A resident in the 5500 block of Diversey Boulevard reported an unknown person entered her garage, went through her car and removed wrapped packages sometime between 7 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. April 16. The packages were later recovered outside the garage and no other items were taken.
  • A child's car seat left near the loading dock at was taken sometime between 10 a.m. and noon April 18. The value of the car seat was $300.
  • No drugs were found in a police search at Friday morning. The Whitefish Bay Police Department was assisted by K-9 officers from the Glendale, Butler and Germantown Police Departments.
  • A 68-year-old Whitefish Bay man was cited for drunken driving in the 100 block of East Chateau Place at 2:23 a.m. Sunday. He was originally stopped for suspended registration, but when officers detected he had been drinking, a test showed his blood alcohol content was 0.11.
