I am having problems with the jogger that was hit. Was this a hit and run? Is there a description of the vehicle? Plate number? Was this jogger jogging on the correct side of the road, did the jogger stop? What was the jogger wearing. All black? There is more to this.

Joggers, Walkers and Bicyclists seem to forget that the roadway is made for motorized vehicles. Get out of our way.

FreeAWD, while there are precious few details here, it does seem that this incident happened in an intersection and he was likely crossing the street so I think your 'get out of our way' is pretty ill-informed and far off the mark.

If it was hit-and-run, I would guess the police now have a good lead. Just follow the above blogs.
