Police Report: Stolen Liquor, Drunk Driving

The most recent roundup of Whitefish Bay police reports includes allegations of a 49-year-old Glendale man smuggling liquor down his shirt at CVS Pharmacy.

A man suspected of stealing liquor from CVS Pharmacy is now facing criminal charges, due to three prior retail theft offenses in the last five years.

A CVS employee reported the theft to Whitefish Bay police at 6:16 p.m. April 22 after seeing the man – later identified as Bobby Wilson, 49, of Glendale – place two liquor bottles down his shirt and walk out of the store. The liquor was valued at $41.98, according to a criminal complaint.

Whitefish Bay police caught the man, but his two female friends got away. One of the females came in to the police station to claim her vehicle the next day – at which point she was cited for retail theft, according to a Whitefish Bay police report.
