Police Report: One Burglary, Four Vehicle Break-Ins

The latest reports from the Whitefish Bay Police Department.

A laptop, computer tower and clothing were stolen from a home in the 4800 block of North Anita Avenue Saturday night.

Police did not discover any signs of forced entry in the burglary, which is believed to have taken place between 9 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. Saturday night. The resident said she believes she knows who the suspects are and believes they may have used her keys to enter the home because her keys were missing.

  • An unknown person entered a vehicle parked in an unlocked garage in the 500 block of East Lexington Boulevard sometime on Saturday and again at 1 p.m. Monday. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.
  • A digital camera and three lenses valued at a total of $2,800Β  were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 6000 block of North Lake Drive sometime between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 6:15 a.m. Thursday. Two dollars in change was also stolen.
  • A GPS device was stolen from a vehicle on the same block of Lake Drive during the same time period that night.
  • An iPhone and a checkbook were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 5000 block of North Cumberland Boulevard sometime between 11 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday. Two vehicles in the driveway were broken in to, but no items were found missing from the second vehicle. The iPhone was valued at $600, and the charger was valued at $50.
