Police Report: Locker Room Theft, Three OWIs

The latest reports from the Whitefish Bay Police Department.

Two 14-year-old Glendale girls were cited for theft and loitering on school grounds after admitting to stealing nearly $400 in property from the Whitefish Bay High School girls locker room after school hours Tuesday.

The two girls, students at Glen Hills Middle School in Glendale, admitted to stealing $80 in clothing from one locker, $45 in clothes from another locker, $42 in clothes from another locker and in another locker, a backpack, clothing and cash totaling $210.

  • A GPS and $4.75 in change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage in the 6100 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard sometime between 10 p.m. May 9 and 5:45 a.m. May 10.
  • A 48-year-old Fox Point man was arrested for drunken driving early Friday morning in the 6100 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard. Officers pulled the man over after he failed to stop at a stop sign. His blood alcohol content was 0.16. In addition to drunken driving, he was cited for failure to stop for an emergency vehicle and resisting or obstructing officers.
  • A 27-year-old Mequon woman was arrested for drunken driving late Wednesday night in the 800 block of East Silver Spring. A caller said the vehicle was crossing the center line and speeding.
  • A 25-year-old Whitefish Bay man was arrested for drunken driving early Wednesday morning in the 4600 block of North Oakland Avenue. He was pulled over at 1:41 a.m. Wednesday morning because he was going 41 mph in a 25-mph zone. He was taken to the police department, where his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13.
