Police Report: Liquor Theft, Stolen Gargoyle

The Whitefish Bay police logs also include a group of kids caught on their way to egg a house.

A man who tried to steal from Sendik's Thursday afternoon was able to flee the scene – but lost a bottle of liquor in the process.

Whitefish Bay police responded to the grocery store at 2:11 p.m. on a report of a man trying to conceal a bottle of Crown Royal liquor. When confronted, he fled on foot, and the bottle of alcohol fell from his pants and broke on the ground.
