Police Report: High School Fight, Bus Hits Traffic Signal

The latest reports from the Whitefish Bay Police Department also include a paramedic response for a 65-year-old woman who fell outside of the library.

The Whitefish Bay Police Department's school resource officer investigated a fight between two students at Whitefish Bay High School around 2 p.m. Wednesday. Both students were cited for disorderly conduct citations and received other consequences through the school. 

In other Whitefish Bay police news:

  • A 65-year-old Glendale woman suffered lacerations to her face and head after tripping on a piece of raised sidewalk near Whitefish Bay Public Library, on the southeast corner of Marlborough Drive and Birch Avenue. North Shore Fire Department paramedics responded to treat the woman at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday.
  • A Milwaukee County Transit bus hit a traffic signal at Silver Spring Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard at 3:04 p.m. March 8 . The driver, a 25-year-old Milwaukee man, was issued a citation for improper right turn.
  • Several people reported that juveniles were throwing snowballs on Consaul Place at 8:30 p.m. Friday. Police were able to determind the boy who was throwing the snowballs, and officers made contact with his parents.
