Former Barbershop Owner Pleads Not Guilty to Bail Jumping Charges

David Foley waives preliminary hearing in bail jumping case; paperwork still being filed in federal child pornography case.

A former Whitefish Bay barber pleaded not guilty to bail jumping charges that were brought about after investigators allegedly discovered he produced child pornography videos.

David Foley, 49, of Shorewood, waived his preliminary hearing Friday and Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge David Hansher found probable cause to believe he committed a felony and bound him over for trial.

Foley, who used to own Sport β€˜N Cuts on Silver Spring Drive, allegedly violated the terms of his bail in an identity fraud case that he was convicted of last year by producing, distributing and possessing child pornography. He is serving an 18-month sentence at Fox Lake Correctional Institution on the identity theft charges.
