Alcohol, Marijuana Pipe Found in Teenager's Car

Three 17-year-old boys received various citations after they were pulled over by Whitefish Bay police on Wilson Drive last week.

Whitefish Bay police officers found beer, vodka and a marijuana pipe in the back of a car pulled over last week on Wilson Drive.

The driver, a 17-year-old Fox Point boy, was pulled over by police for driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of Wilson Drive at 10:36 p.m. on July 23. Police found a bottle of Skyy vodka under the rear of the front seat, a small marijuana pipe under the driver's floor mat and a backpack containing a half-full 40-ounce bottle of Olde English 800 behind the passenger seat.

The driver was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle, absolute sobriety and unreasonable and imprudent speed. The passengers, a 17-year-old Milwaukee boy and a 17-year-old Glendale boy, were both cited for underage drinking.
