Feeling The Love of Giving....for HAWS!

The community banded together yesterday to donate to HAWS. Keep it going!

Yesterday, August 4th, the wonderful, pet loving folks of our community came out to support two things-small business AND a not so local animal shelter-HAWS (Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha) with our "FILL THAT INFINITI" fundraiser.

The event, sponsored by Jack Safro Infiniti, The Pet Outpost and Wisconsin Pet Care partnered together to draw the community into giving mode. Safro provided a QX56 which was parked out front of the Pet Outpost, and was poised to be filled with food and product for the shelter.

HAWS came with their mobile adoption unit with a sweetie named Duncan. The lover, as pictured, drew a lot of attention (and is still awaiting his forever home!) and allowed the volunteers from Wisconsin Pet Care to direct visitors into the store to buy food for the shelter.

Once they made their purchases, the donors received applause from all around and big thanks for what they had just done....helped an animal in need. Those who donated felt the love by placing their donation into the vehicle and experienced the wonderful, fulfilling, feeling of giving.

This is the fourth such event that Wisconsin Pet Care has masterminded. Last year, the business won a national prize from NAPPS (The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) for its efforts in raising money and donations for local animal shelters.
