Qi Gong

The focus during this hour is to stretch, twist, breathe, and release tension in order to improve our ability to return to daily routines that may be stressful or challenging. Qi Gong practice can become a daily moving meditation, assisting our minds and bodies to maintain and/or improve function and health.

About the instructor: Mary Reynolds received her Masters in the Science of Oriental Medicine, and has been a registered nurse for 25 years and an acupuncturist in Wisconsin since 2009. She is an acupuncturist and Qi Gong instructor at Solcare and at CORE El Centro, Milwaukee.
