Five candidates will be vying for two spots on the Whitefish Bay Village Board in the April election, but only four will make it past the primary election on Feb. 19.

To ensure that residents are fully-informed about the candidates and their positions on important local issues, Whitefish Bay Patch has organized a candidates forum with all five trustee candidates on Feb. 13 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Whitefish Bay Women's Club.

The five candidates running for village trustee are incumbent Trustee Jay Miller, Robert Crawford, Kenneth Wysocky, Carl Fuda and Kevin McMahon.

Candidates will be allowed to make opening and closing statements, respond to questions from Patch editors and field questions posed by members of the audience. Audience members will be given index cards to write their questions on, and the moderator will determine which questions will be asked of the candidates.

Please invite your friends and see your local democracy in action. Facebook users can RSVP on the Facebook event page.
