On Feb. 10th, Dr. Jeffrey Taxman will present the compelling stories of supporting First Responders and brave citizens who help in disaster situations. He has extensive experience working with aid providers in various situations such as at the 9/11 Ground Zero site and most recently in Haiti. The title of his presentation is "Active/Empathic Listening on Three Continents—Aid to the Distressed."
Dr. Taxman is an internationally recognized expert in massive community disaster relief supporting first responders and those dealing with crisis situations in the workplace and their communities. He has spoken at NSCC once before with everyone attending totally captivated and wanting more. On Feb 10th he will be back and will continue the conversation with us.
