Year in Review - #9: ACT Scores Were Highest in the Milwaukee Area

The 2012 graduates scored an average ACT score of 25.9, the highest among public schools in the metro-Milwaukee area and the second-highest in the state.

Join us as we take a trip down memory lane, and look at the year's top 10 Whitefish Bay stories. The top stories were chosen based on page views, as well as community impact.

The ninth-most popular story was about Whitefish Bay High School's ACT scores once again being the highest among public schools in the metro-Milwaukee area. The 2012 graduates scored an average ACT score of 25.9. Kohler High School technically has the highest ACT scores in the state, with an average of 27.6 – but only 26 of 29 students took the test.

Whitefish Bay's high ACT scores were one of several factors that led Milwaukee Magazine to name Whitefish Bay High School the top high school in the Milwaukee area.
