Week Ahead: Village Board, Taste of the Bay

A look ahead at some of the happenings on the calendar this week.

Labor Day weekend is almost over and the temps are dropping, but there is plenty to look forward to in Whitefish Bay this week.

  • The Whitefish Bay Village Board will to discuss an increase in parking fees, employee handbooks and a grievance procedure for village employees, a labor agreement for police officers, an ordinance change making it easier for residents to install generators on their property, a request from Whitefish Bay Little League to install an electrical outlet in and the replacement of a boiler at .
  • The Whitefish Bay School Board will meet Wednesday night to adopt a budget for the 2011-2012 school year. The board will also hold its annual meeting, where residents will vote on the 2011-2012 tax levy and set salaries for school board members.
