Week Ahead: Spring Sing, Gardening Party and a High School Art Reception

Here's a look at some of the events in our events calendar this week. If we're missing something, you can add it to the calendar.

: students are gearing up for the annual Spring Sing concert to take place on the north side of the school Wednesday. This year’s theme is the 2012 Summer Olympics and the students are eager to showcase their art, dance and music skills as they relate to that theme.

: is having a gardening party on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to transform the front of the school into a beautiful native species garden. Volunteers are needed for help planting, weeding, putting in a brick lined mulch pathway and erecting a lattice for an Artic Kiwi plant.

Whitefish Bay School Board: The Whitefish Bay School Board will begin negotiations on a successor agreement with the Whitefish Bay Education Association at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in room 104 at .

High School Art Reception at the Library: Whitefish Bay High School AP art students will show their work in the at a reception from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m, Wednesday night. The artwork will remain on display in the library's young adult area.
