Sports Authority Donates $2,500 to JCC
Youth sports grant will support JCC scholarships and new athletic equipment.
The Sports Authority at Bayshore Town Center has donated $2,500 to the to support JCC scholarships for children attending year-round youth recreation and sports programs.
The grant will also defray the cost of some new equipment for JCC youth sports programs, said Aaron Miller, JCC Recreation Director.
“We are grateful to the Sports Authority," Miller said. "Their generosity will allow us to offer more scholarships for children who might not have been able to spend their afternoon learning new skills with us."
