Winter Storm Hits Whitefish Bay: Details on Traffic Conditions, Closings

Winter storm "Saturn" is expected to dump 3-6 inches of snow in Whitefish Bay. Stay tuned for details on issues related to the storm in the village.

When it's all said and done, winter storm "Saturn" will have dumped between three to six inches of snow on the village.

According our media partners at WISN12, it is expected to snow through Wednesday morning. Wind exceeding 30 MPH could make for hazardous driving conditions. Whitefish Bay could experience additional lake-effect snow, as well.

At 11:08 a.m., an injury accident has been reported on Interstate 43 southbound and the travel lanes going southbound near Capitol Drive are slow going, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for Milwaukee County until midnight tonight.
