Ladies Night Out Helps Bring Christmas to U.S. Troops

The Whitefish Bay Business Improvement District presents Ladies Night Out on Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay on Thursday, June 20 from 5 to 8 pm. An evening of specialty treats and shopping, Ladies Night Out contributes towards supporting U.S. troops serving overseas as over 20 establishments provide unique offerings, complimentary samplings, prize drawings, and great in-store promotions only available on Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay.

Guests may have a passport stamped at participating establishments for the opportunity to win a grand prize from the shops of Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay! The tree crafting workshop will return to the street, outside of Winkie’s, with all the needed supplies for visitors to decorate a tree for delivery to U.S. troops serving overseas during the holidays as Trees From Home kicks off its 2013 season on this special summer evening.  New this year, guests may bring their completed passports to the Bay Restaurant for a complimentary beverage and chances to win the prize.

“We are very excited to bring back this popular event for another night out of specialty shopping that supports such a good cause,” said John Stuhlmacher of the business district. “Ladies attending the event last year enjoyed the evening immensely and made impressive contributions towards helping Trees From Home in their efforts to support U. S. troops.”
