Bay Cross Country Girls Rule at North Shore Conference Championships

Bay CC girls repeat, repeat, repeat...

Our Green Bay Packers are receiving a lot of advice on how to repeat last year’s Super Bowl run.  If you want to discuss this subject with a local coach, ask Bay varsity girls Coach Mike (Mills) Miller for a comment. He will be able to tell you what it is like to build and ride a streak – as in 12 consecutive North Shore Conference Championships ... and 14 consecutive WIAA State Meet appearances.

Varsity Girls:  This past Saturday, the Whitefish Bay varsity girls cross country team did what Bay teams have made a tradition of doing: they ran off with the North Shore Conference Championship at Tendick Park in Saukville.  Emma-Lisa Murphy won her fourth first-place finish of the season and four teammates joined her in the top ten (Emma Fallone, Sara Coffey, Alana Blegen and Elise Hotz). The Bay girls had a score of 32, leading second place Homestead with a score of 70.  Individual performances were as follows:
