The City Market Unveils New Space With Soft Opening

Partial food menu will be available over the weekend, and full menu will come next week

After more than a year of anticipation, Whitefish Bay finally got a peek at The City Market's newly-remodeled space.

The European-style cafe opened its doors at 527 E. Silver Spring Dr. with a soft opening Wednesday, serving coffee drinks and pastry items. Cafe co-owner Jeff Swanson said a partial menu will be introduced over the weekend, and a full menu of food items will be available next week.

With two Wauwautosa locations and a Shorewood location on Capitol Drive, the Silver Spring Drive location is the cafe's biggest space yet.Β
