Sprecher Restaurant Coming to Bayshore Town Center

With three locations around the state, Sprecher is launching its first Milwaukee-area location just down the road from the brewery's headquarters.

Sprecher's Restaurant and Pub is opening its first Milwaukee-area restaurant less than two miles away from the brewery's headquarters.

With locations in Madison, Lake Geneva and Wisconsin Dells, Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub this morning announced their plans to open a fourth location at Bayshore Town Center. The restaurant will be licensed by Sprecher Brewing, and owned and operated by Wisconsin natives Kevin and Katy Lederer and Felix and Kristin Richgels.

“We are very excited to bring Sprecher’s Pub to our namesake brewery’s home in Glendale,” Kevin Lederer said in a news release. “Sprecher Brewing is an icon in the Milwaukee area, particularly in the North Shore, and we always knew that we wanted to open a location here.”

Sprecher Brewing Company was founded in 1985 and moved to its current location in Glendale in 1994.

Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub launched four years ago, serving locally-sourced food made from scratch with 14 world-class Wisconsin brewed beers and four gourmet sodas on tap from Sprecher Brewery. A special feature at the Bayshore location will be a walk-up window where customers can purchase root beer floats on the go.
