Celebrate Eco-Week on Silver Spring Drive

Shoppers are invited to visit establishments as they showcase their sustainable wares, offer unique products and hold in-store promotions from April 20 to April 28.

With Earth Day coming up, the shops on Silver Spring Drive have declared Friday the beginning of "Eco-Week," which invites guests to discover all that is local, natural, healthy, green and earth-friendly in Whitefish Bay's business district.

John Stuhlmacher, President of the Business Improvement District's Board of Directors, said the BID is excited to highlight eco-friendly offerings on the street.

"Not only does every business have something special to offer shoppers in terms of being green, our local businesses are dedicated to the neighborhood, with many of them supporting other local businesses, which makes our community stronger,” Stuhlmacher said.
