In an effort to prepare their students for college, Dominican High School officials have started a new program that issues laptops to freshmen and sophomore students.
According to a report by TMJ4, Dominican is one of the first schools in the North Shore to lease laptops students. School officials said they are are able to block students from getting on sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram while in the building.
