Bay Student Advances in National Chemistry Olympiad Qualification

The Milwaukee Section of the American Chemical Society announced the names of the top scorers on the qualifying round of the US National Chemistry Olympiad exam.  One hundred fifty-four first and second year students from thirteen schools across southeast Wisconsin competed for the opportunity to join the US National Team.

 

The top scorer overall was Wentong Zhang of Whitefish Bay High School.  Wentong has qualified to compete for a position on the US Chemistry Olympiad team.  Wentong is the student of Mike Roth (retired).
