Low-Interest & No-Interest Home Repair Loans
The Milwaukee County Housing Division offers low interest and 0% interest loans to income qualified homeowners to make repairs, correct code violations, make modifications for accessibility, and eliminate lead paint hazards. Federal CDBG and HOME funds are used to support the program.
Eligible homeowners in suburban areas (excluding Milwaukee and West Allis) receive a loan and select county-approved contractors to complete the work.
