The North Shore Fire Department participated in their annual “Fill the Boot” fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy on Monday. They were in front of the Green Tree Road Pick N Save filling their boots with donations. Station #2 from Glendale had their ladder truck set up with a fire fighter at the top, lowering down a boot for donations. They have a fundraising goal of $10,000 but were running  a bit short for the day as they were called to an emergency.
