Anyone else feel like we're living in that movie Groundhog's Day. Just it's more of a Weatherhog's Day. Another day, another chill, another day, another rain, another day, another chill....

I went earlier this week and paid $8.42 before taxes and received $7.49 back in Extra Care Bucks! I got toothpastes, a couple of razors, nail polish, protein bite thingies, shampoo & conditioner. I saved $46.79! 

Before you jump into the CVS pool, you gotta know the rules...

CVS is pretty straight forward with their coupon policy, it's basics and no frills or spills. They also have a rewards system similar to Walgreens' Register Rewards where they give you coupons at the end of your receipt which can be used like cash at their stores after you purchase specific products. At CVS it's called "Extra Care Bucks" and it is amazing. They don't have restrictions on their ECB's so you can use them on any product, including those which initially produced the ECB's. It's a fave in the ol' saving arsenal.

Heads up, you do need an Extra Care card to snag all their sale prices and Extra Care Bucks but it's free, quick and painless to sign up.
