On Sept. 19, Jones entered his ex-girlfriend’s home in the 6500 block of North Sidney Place and was heard “banging around” in the living room without any clothes on. The woman was upset that he was naked in front of her children, and during the course of the argument, her teenage son pulled out a ninja sword in order to defend her and told her Jones had a gun and she needed to get out.

The victim then fled the residence with her children and called police.

Upon arriving officers found Jones coming out of the bushes in front of the home where he was keeping a rifle inside a gun case along with a flat screen television he took from the residence. Police also discovered the gun was reported stolen in a 2008 Milwaukee burglary.

According to court records, Jones was convicted of first degree reckless endangerment in 1997.

He’s scheduled to make his initial appearance in court Jan. 12.
